Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Shepherd Co Flooring ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website at shepherdcoflooring.com ("Site") and the flooring services we provide.

Quotes and Estimates

Any quotes or estimates provided are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change based on:

• Actual measurements and site conditions
• Material availability and pricing fluctuations
• Unforeseen circumstances or obstacles discovered during service
• Changes to project scope or specifications

A final price will be confirmed in writing before work begins. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit (typically 25-50% of the project total) may be required to secure materials and schedule the project
• Balance is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise arranged in writing
• We accept various payment methods including credit cards, checks, and electronic payments
• Late payments may incur additional fees or interest charges

Financing options may be available and are subject to approval and separate terms and conditions.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We will work with you to schedule services at a mutually convenient time. However:

• A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, material delays, or other circumstances beyond our control

Warranties

Shepherd Co Flooring provides a warranty on workmanship for [2 years] from the date of installation. This warranty covers defects in installation but does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper maintenance or use

• Alterations made after installation by anyone other than Shepherd Co Flooring
